Poly Eats started in Burien, Washington, rooted in the Pacific Northwest Tongan community and inspired by the island flavors we love. Our menu brings together Polynesian comfort food, Hawai‘i favorites like malasadas, refreshing ‘otai, poke bowls, butter garlic shrimp, spam musubi, and catering trays made for sharing.
